Lifetime Service
After the warranty expires, we still offer lifetime service for your product, with wear-proneaccessories available at discounted or no cost.
Commissioning Service
Installation shall be completed in accordance with the equipment layout drawing provided bythe Buyer (or on-site) or the equipment foundation drawing supplied by the Seller, and theon-site commissioning shall be qualified.
Training Service
The Seller shall dispatch technical personnel to assist and guide the installation. After thecommissioning is qualified, during the trial operation period, the Seller shall train the Buyer'srelevant operators until they are able to independently operate the equipment and ensure itsnormal running.
Maintenance Service
In the event of equipment failure, and in the absence of special circumstances, the Seller shallarrive at the site to provide service within 1-2 working days upon receipt of the notice.
Acceptance Service
In the event of equipment failure, and in the absence of special circumstances, the Seller shallarrive at the site to provide service within 1-2 working days upon receipt of the notice.
Parts Service
Complete and timely parts services are available both during and outside the warranty period.
Factory Acceptance Service
Once the equipment is manufactured, the Seller may notify the Buyer in advance (if needed bythe Buyer) to send staff to the Seller’s site for acceptance. Shipment will proceed only aftersfulacceptance
